Our Carbonara follows the traditional Roman method: no cream, only eggs, aged pecorino, crispy pancetta, and black pepper. The heat of the pasta gently cooks the eggs into a rich, glossy sauce.

At La Mitzanu, we use imported pecorino romano and carefully cured pancetta to achieve an authentic flavor that balances salty, savory, and creamy notes.
